waves of destiny, fires abound
the howling potential bordered by cold

drawn together by a force which resides above our nature
an endless push and pull existing
two spiraling bodies, blind to the danger
an inescapable even is nearly upon us

a collision-course of immeasurable magnitude
a risk of complete annihilation
the loss of all of which they are comprised
the potential cost of ignorance

a meeting of two uncompromising masses
a confrontation coming for billions of years
the inability to alter the course
could result in total catastrophe

blind determination driving toward this intergalactic collision
a pathway seemingly ending in complete destruction

forces straining against the pull of time
swimming into gravity and light

to what end will come of this nearing confrontation
a cosmic example of chaotic perfection
two spiraling bodies, blind to the danger
an inescapable even is nearly upon us
